Complex Extension

GT Builders completed a very complex extension circa 3000sqft on the side of a hill on three levels. This involved several structural issues which were overcome, whilst we were living in the property! An initial price was agreed together with a programme to complete the works. There were some inevitable changes (mainly client led) which were priced in advance and agreed. The original programme was maintained throughout. The staff were all very pleasant and carried out their work in a very professional manner. The standard of workmanship was very high.
